Time Tangle Demo – Licensing Terms

These licensing terms (“Agreement”) govern the use of the “Time Tangle” demo (“Demo”) developed by AmberWing. By downloading, installing, or playing this Demo, you (“User”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

AmberWing hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Demo for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license allows you to:

  • Install and play the Demo on personal devices.
  • Create personal recordings or streams of the Demo for non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Demo in whole or in part.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Demo, except as permitted by law.
  • Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Demo without prior written permission from AmberWing.
  • Use the Demo for commercial purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, or any form of monetization.
  • Use the Demo in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the servers or networks of AmberWing or interfere with any other party’s use of the Demo.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to the Demo are owned by AmberWing or its licensors. The Demo is licensed, not sold, to the User.

4. No Warranty

The Demo is provided “as is,” and AmberWing makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Demo’s performance, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. AmberWing does not guarantee that the Demo will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AmberWing be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Demo, even if AmberWing has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. AmberWing may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User violates any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Demo and delete all copies from their devices.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AmberWing is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and AmberWing concerning the Demo and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
